‘Jeju Samdasoo’ is groundwater obtained from volcanic aquifers located 420m deep in Mt. Halla, the national park of international recognition. Not only the taste of very refreshing and light, but also the quality is uniformed. Due to the natural self-purification characteristics unique to volcanic layer, water quality is very pure and clean. Jeju Samdasoo has satisfied the water quality test standards of FDA of US and Japanese Ministry of Welfare, thus has been recognized of its outstanding quality throughout the world.
In order to maintain and control clean environment and safety of water quality, environmental watch and regular inspection is carried out on the status of changes in ecosystem and occurrence of pollutants in the surrounding areas of the pumping well. Professional experts and a variety of experimentation/ analysis devices have been secured to supply our customers with clean and fresh products containing the purity of nature, thus to actively respond to quality and hygiene management of the products.
Jeju special self-governing province development Corporation administers regular quality inspections to maintain and control the safety of water quality in protecting the health of our customers. We are also requesting water quality analysis each year on the basis of standard tests from nationally certified organizations, FDA of US and Japanese Ministry of Welfare to secure the safety of our water.
To supply products trusted by our customers, Jeju Provincial Management Corporation is enforcing strict quality management system per each production process. Details of quality management per each process are as of the following.

Per Process Quality Management
Pumping Well (Source Water) Microorganism and physico-chemical test are administered in conjunction with testing by nationally authorized institutes on 51 items per each quarter. Also, regular analysis is carried out once a year on the standard testing of FDA from US and Japanese Ministry of Welfare.
Import Inspection

Problems in product quality caused by materials are prevented through quality inspection in accordance with our own quality inspection standards.

Interim Inspection

Mixing of inappropriate products is prevented by administering quality inspection per route in accordance with our own quality inspection standards on empty bottles, caps, status of cleaning, status of sealing, capacity, content, display of expiration date, status of trademark attachment and status of packaging, etc.

Final inspection Delivery of inappropriate products is prevented by administering re-inspection prior to product delivery from the stage of sealing to loading.
